Our Story

Endure Physiology started in 2023 whilst Joel was working as an Exercise Physiologist within the NHS.

Whilst working within a prehabilitation service for cancer patients prior to treatment, the team noticed there was an obvious need for post-cancer treatment rehab, and clinical exercise provision in the community in general.

However, there was no service established to provide this. Joel decided to start a home-based 1-to-1 service due to the care and attention required for such clinical populations and the benefit this had on previous and current clients.

The need for clinical exercise physiologists has been noticed by consultants, surgeons and GP's which is why at Endure Physiology we team up with these local healthcare professionals in southwest London.

Joel also decided to expand his service from clinical exercise training to personal training, running and strength and conditioning coaching due to his coaching, educational and sporting background. To find out more about Joel, see below.
